No Customer Service…
I bought this app so I can monitor two of my kids activities, I have a samsung and they both have iphones. From the start I was unable to log in to Qustodio kids on their phones. Trying to even find an email or number to call for help is extremely difficult. I have spend hours trying to first connect the phone, and now I can't delete the app on their phones either. I'm fairly tech competent but this experience has been ridiculous and the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I feel I have been ripped off and wasted $55. DO NOT PURCHASE

false reporting, deleting my stuff, etc...
my parents got me this as punishment for trying to kms. This obviously worsened things, as I used my phone to cope; but that is not your fault, that is my parents.
but it is ur fault you broke my phone. one day, I used all of my time and then my apps disappeared. I was told they would come back the next day. they never did. you guys deleted all of my apps. i have access youtube through the search thingy on phones and it is a pain in the neck.
also I could just uninstall very easily but I fear my parents. don't get this app. it's terrible. also, don't get any type of app like this unless child is like, five, or watching porn 24/7.
Not to mention it tells my mother that I am on gambling websites. I AM NOT, I WOULD NEVER GAMBLE. False reports all the time. Terrible app, increased my anxiety. don't bother, its terrible

Compared to others
Compared to others, Qustodio has more reasonable pricing and definitely a few features that the nearest competitors doesn't have so my money is on this.

Good service deserves good review
Was going through the reviews here because I needed help urgently spying on my wife's IPhone, I had tried a lot of activity tracker apps but didn't work for iOS, but thanks to the review about PSYBLUX on instagram, really caught my attention… and am glad because I got my desired result, it was so easy to use, I am enjoying all features… I love it and I highly recommend the expert.

Works somewhat.Contacted them said I wanted refund doesn't work on windows computer asked for help.They said they would try send pictures but I could pay more for more help.They obviously are not backing up product.Doesn't do much on phone and doesn't work at all on computer.I have uninstalled (without password didn't ask.) Restarted and now it says I have a problem reinstall.Around and around we go.So I paid for a year and they say no refund. Its too many days.Spend your money somewhere else.I will definitely.

Time limits are set, but a child still uses app's outside the allowance, logging 8-10 hours on their systems (!) when theoretically allowed only a couple.
Usage times are set, nothing after 1800 say ... and it's allowing use at 2100 hours!
App's and websites like YouTube blocked ... but hundreds of video's and many hours logged.
And "Support" offer weasley excuses and cliche's like "Reinstall the latest" ... and the failings persist.
